AWS terraform using deprecated provider template (template provider Failing for Mac M1)

Environment:

  • Cloud provider or hardware configuration: AWS

  • OS (printf "$(uname -srm)\n$(cat /etc/os-release)\n"): Darwin 22.4.0 arm64

  • Version of Ansible (ansible --version): 2.14.3

  • Version of Python (python --version): 3.10.6

Kubespray version (commit) (git rev-parse --short HEAD): 2.21.0

Anything else do we need to know:

I am getting the below error running terraform init:
