What would you like to be added: Documentation adds internationalization functionality Similar to https://kubernetes.io/ Why is this needed:

  1. Improve communication efficiency
  2. Expand user groups and markets

It would be great to have translations, I'm a little unsure about how we approach committing to them here as a smaller subproject.

Similar to https://kubernetes.io/

As mentioned in slack, my concern is that kubernetes.io actually runs a pretty involved i18n program and I'm not sure how we can replicate this to our site and ensure it stays up to date etc.

Again as mentioned in #kind slack: We should reach out to SIG docs to discuss this.
