Clearly display the conformance status for reports

What would you like to be added:

https://github.com/kubernetes-sigs/gateway-api/pull/3179 stated the possibility for implementations to submit partial reports. We need to accommodate this information in the documentation page, to make clear whether the conformance status is partial or success.
