Hi @gauravkghildiyal, I have started working on this, including implementing the label selector. Can I assign this issue to myself? I would be eager to collaborate with @hgupta12 on this.

Hi folks, some 2 days after my previous comment (raised 9days back) and noticing no activity on this issue, I started working on a PR already and just got done tidying it up with thorough tests.

Hence, I am proceeding to assign it to myself if no one minds.
