Add AWS_INSTANCE_IPV6 support to the AWS-SD provider

Description As reported in the issue, the AWS-SD provider did not support the AWS_INSTANCE_IPV6 attribute type: https://docs.aws.amazon.com/cloud-map/latest/api/API_RegisterInstance.html
