Option to use only new TXT format
What would you like to be added: I would like to migrate to new TXT format early, so only one TXT record created per regular record. Right now there is no way to tell ExternalDNS to do so, it always creates 2 TXT records.
Why is this needed: With switch to ExternalDNS 0.12.0 we've hit limit on records number in one DNS zone in Cloudflare, which is 1000 with our plan. Due to using new TXT format number of records increased in 1.5 times that brought us over the quota.
