📖 Add example queries to developer logging guidelines

Add some example queries to show how to use json logging and the Tilt logging suite to filter and correlate logs across Cluster API providers.
@killianmuldoon: This issue is currently awaiting triage.
If CAPI contributors determines this is a relevant issue, they will accept it by applying the triage/accepted label and provide further guidance.
