Prometheus metric to say how many konectivity-server are there

Currently, I believe this information is only available in the cli flag --server-count. It would be nice to have this information propagated as prometheus metric as well.

Seems reasonable, and I don't see how it would make https://github.com/kubernetes-sigs/apiserver-network-proxy/issues/273 harder.
