Update CRD to beta maturity
Create the PR placeholder to update the About API CRD based on https://github.com/kubernetes/enhancements/pull/3652
Notably:
- update CRD and add client for v1beta1
- update any examples with id.k8s.io --> cluster.clusterset.k8s.io
@lauralorenz just in case, do we need to maintain backward compatibility or should we remove the v1alpha1 apis.
