Added the Pod_log.py file in example

The Pod_log.py used to print the all the logs generated by pods.

What this PR does / why we need it:

With this PR i've added the pod_log.py in example to get all the pod logs and we can adjust the No. of output line by just adjusting the tail_lines parameter.
