users should be able to turn off the storage-class default addon on a per-cluster basis
User Story
As a user, I want to be able to disable the storage-class defaut addon on a cluster in case I want to create my own one with custom parameters.
Acceptance criteria
(proposed solution, to be discussed)
- defined a boolean annotation like "disable-storage-class-addon" on the cluster resource which defaults to false and must be set to true to disable the addon
- addon template expands to nothing if that annotation is set
- API cluster type has corresponding boolean field in its spec, will be synced to the annotation
- no dashboard integration (this can be a later ticket)
As an alternative to the annotation, we could also add a boolean field to the cluster crd spec.
