Support Rocky Linux 10 as OS

Description of the feature you would like to add / User story

As a KubeOne user I would like to deploy Kubernetes cluster nodes with Rocky Linux 10 in order to benefit from the latest OS updates and the long support cycle.

  • Rocky Linux 10 is supported as OS choice on clouds that support it
