Possibility to select Base Folder Path in vCenter provider

This request originates from a customer support ticket.
It would be helpful to have the option to select the "Base Folder Path" from a dropdown menu or type in a custom path.
The user currently relies on Chrome Developer Tools to copy the folder path from the Folder dropdown, which is not convenient.
Adding this functionality would make it easier to select the correct Base Folder Path during setup.
Solution details
- Provide a dropdown menu with existing folder paths for the "Base Folder Path" field.
