Add Ability To Use KKP Version in Links

What would you like to be added? / User Story: For links to the documentation in the dashboard, we want to be able to use a link that matches the KKP version that is currently used. So for example if a user is on KKP 2.21, they will get taken to docs.kubermatic.com/kubermatic/v2.21/great-guide and a user on KKP 2.20 would get docs.kubermatic.com/kubermatic/v2.20/great-guide.

Note: Possibly a variable, which resolves to the KKP version that is currently being used is a nice way to do this. Then for every link it can be chosen if it should contain the version or if it is hardcoded. This would give us the most flexibility.
