Investigate if there is any formatting library to support REGO

It seems that there are not many options.

Prism is one of the possibilities. It supports Rego but it is not an editor but syntax-highlighter. We would have to check if it can be used in some editor.

The second option, that might be more interesting is using CodeMirror, so the same thing that is used in the Rego playground, plus Styra addon that is build on top of that.

The licensing would have to be checked before we choose any solution.
