file is not being found in the For wanting more information on how to update the website to a new version, see the Kubeflow release guide.

the issue happens on the https://github.com/kubeflow/website?tab=readme-ov-file
@varodrig: The label(s) /label goodfirstissue cannot be applied. These labels are supported: tide/merge-method-merge, tide/merge-method-rebase, tide/merge-method-squash, lifecycle/needs-triage. Is this label configured under labels -> additional_labels or labels -> restricted_labels in plugin.yaml?

We need to include this information:
- Create a new branch for the new version
- Add a new entry in https://github.com/kubeflow/website/blob/master/config.toml#L171
- Add a release notes document for the new version in https://github.com/kubeflow/website/tree/master/content/en/docs/releases
- Update DNS records to make the new website version available
Additionally @thesuperzapper we need more details from you.
The quick fix is to remove the link for now to avoid broken links by removing these text: "For information on how to update the website to a new version, see the Kubeflow release guide."
@varodrig Do we have entire information for creating file on versioning of website?
I am willing to create a PR for it.
@milinddethe15 here's a PR you can follow https://github.com/kubeflow/website/pull/3797 and please add step 1 and the last step is missing on the PR.

@rimolive when do you think will be the best time to start working on this?
We still need to merge my 1.9 archive banner PR (and the one that updates the archive banner in master, so it can be flicked on with a single toml flag).
In a related note, we need to make sure we turn on the archive banner for the outgoing versions snapshot, e.g. in this case 1.9 for the 1.10 release.
