[frontend] Dropdown and HTML / Markdown artifacts are misaligned

Environment

• How did you deploy Kubeflow Pipelines (KFP)?

Kubeflow Pipelines Standalone

• KFP version:

2.0.0-alpha.3

Steps to reproduce

1. Go to the "Runs" tab on KFP
2. Select multiple runs which have HTML or Markdown artifacts, and click "Compare Runs"
3. Select the "HTML" or "Markdown" tab under "Metrics"
4. Select an artifact which has large width (see "Materials and Reference")

Expected result

The HTML and Markdown artifacts are not left-aligned on the two-panel layout along with the two-level dropdown component.

The HTML and Markdown artifacts are not left-aligned alongside the two-level dropdown component.

The below image shows the artifact is currently aligned in the center of the panel of this two-panel layout.
