test: Add enhanced ML workflow pipeline for integration tests

• Created enhanced_artifact_pipeline.py with realistic ML workflow
• Includes data processing → training → evaluation components
• Features proper inputs/outputs and data flow between tasks
• Improves test coverage without significantly increasing duration
• Addresses issue #12017
