[feature] Mount subPath in Volume

What feature would you like to see?
kfp kubernetes has an option to mount pvc but it doesn't have an option to use subPath. Having subPath option will ensure users are making changes only in specific folder.
What is the use case or pain point?
Currently we are loading all the folders in PVC which is not necessary all the time.
Is there a workaround currently?
Now we are loading all the folders and making changes in specific folder.
