[UI] Issues with Label Alignment in "Register Model" and "Register Model Version" Screens

Describe the bug A clear and concise description of what the bug is. In "Register Model" and "Register Model Version", there are some alignment issues with the labels and the text input / text area fields.

Fix the styling to address these inconsistencies and resolve the alignment issues.
