Populate default Model Catalog manifest config with Models

What would be great model to feature in the default Model Catalog?

We're asking for community contribution on the default model catalog metadata content which is defined here: https://github.com/kubeflow/model-registry/tree/main/manifests/kustomize/options/catalog

and displayed in the Model Catalog once enabled.

1. to present first the Model Catalog in more detail to the KF community (call or else)
2. and then we can make sure the suggested models are populated

Do you want to give a try making a very small demo of the Model Catalog?

Yes, I’d be happy to give it a try.

My plan would be:

1. First, prepare a very small demo of the Model Catalog (maybe using a simple ML model like Iris classifier or MNIST digit recognizer) so the structure is clear.
2. Then I can present the demo and details to the KF community for feedback, and based on that we can populate the catalog with suggested models.

Could you guide me if there is any preferred format for the demo
