Add AWS Sagemaker deployer to fairing

Describe the solution you'd like

We'd like to add AWS deployers here to give fairing user an option to train models directly on AWS Sagemaker

I think the first phase we can get Training working, then we can extend to inference or HPO jobs. Feel free to share feedback with us.
