Provide a way to access logs of prediction service

Once we launch a prediction endpoint through Fairing, the user has to manually navigate the K8s UI/kubectl to get the logs for the prediction pods. This experience can be made much better if we expose a way to stream logs similar to training jobs or give the right url to access the logs in stackdriver or similar service.
