Update Jupyter example

The Jupyter example (https://github.com/kubeflow/fairing/tree/master/examples/kubeflow-jupyter-notebook) is not up to date with the new API

@wbuchwalter , where is your mentioned example in our current repository, now it have been removed and changed to notebook, you could try the new one. Thanks
