Conversion of OpenVaccine, Bulldozers, Titanic and Facial keypoint detection from kaggle to kfp

Here we convert the https://www.kaggle.com/competitions/facial-keypoints-detection code to kfp-pipeline using vanilla Kubeflow pipelines and kale The objective of this task is to predict keypoint positions on face images.

In addition to this we also convert OpenVaccine, Bulldozers and Titanic Notebooks from Kaggle to kfp

Note: This Pull Request is a modified version of the earlier folder "Facial-keypoints-detection" which I had added as a pull request in the same repo (#938) . Kindly delete the earlier folder "Facial-keypoints-detection".
