Why don't we have `discussions` tab enabled for all the Kubeflow repositories for dedicated Q&A?

I'm curious, Many of the OSS repositories now have a dedicated discussions tab enabled for the Q&As. Shouldn't Kubeflow repositories utilize this feature too? 😄 It will also help filter meaningful issues from that of questions. Any specific reason we aren't using it?
