Rules for Posting on the #Announcements channel in Kubeflow Slack

The Community should consider developing guidelines for posting announcements in the #announcement channel in Kubeflow Slack. We might consider these questions as we develop the guidelines:

1. Do all posts need to be MLOps related?
2. Do all posts need to be open source released?
3. Do all posts need to be Kubeflow related?
4. Do all posts need to be by Kubeflow Community members?
5. Can vendors post information that is proprietary in nature?
6. How long should a post be?
7. What information should be in a post i.e. what is the post about? Why is it relevant? Who is hosting it? When is the event? What is the bridge? Where do I go for more info ?
