[label bot] Notebooks should use HDF5 files instead of pickled files
We should update our notebooks e.g. Get-GitHub-Issues.ipynb to use HDF5 instead of pickled. HDF5 files are better because they don't have pickling issues and we should be able to store additional metadata.

Hi I understood the issue and want to contribute. As I am new to open sourcing I don't know how to get started. Can you help me by helping me to find the .ipynb file where I want to make the changes from pickle to HDF5. looking forward towards some help. Thanks!!
