This repository has not had a commit since Nov 14, 2021, therefore I propose we archive it to reflect that it is no longer in development.

Today during community call we discussed if Chainer Operator should be archived. @kubeflow/wg-training-leads @tenzen-y @everpeace @kuizhiqing @zw0610 Do we see any value of adopting Chainer Operator to Kubeflow Training Operator ? Or MPI Operator should cover all use-cases that Chainer is trying to solve ?
