Update the Chinese documentation of kubeedge

The current English documentation is compatible with the latest version of kubeedge, but some Chinese documentation has not been updated, which may cause users to encounter some problems such as https://github.com/kubeedge/kubeedge/issues/5496 when referring to the Chinese documentation. Therefore, the Chinese part needs to be updated according to the current English documentation.
