The link to guide how to set credentials for using s3 storage doesn't exist.

Hey @luosiqi The link is broken as the README was split into seperate READMEs in the incremental_learning and joint_inference subdirectory. I think simply directing the link to incremental_learning_readme will solve the issue. Should I go ahead and open a PR?
