all-in-one: enable kubectl logs/exec for kubeedge

What would you like to be added/modified: Enable kubectl logs/exec for kubeedge nodes in all-in-one script.

Why is this needed: Currently developers need to login the edge nodes and use docker command to see pods'log in edge node, it is very inconvenient.

Would be helpful when developers can see logs or exec using kubectl

The doc https://kubeedge.io/en/docs/advanced/debug/ seems complex and something wrong/obsolete.
