What this PR does / why we need it: Vehicle Angle prediction and task assignment Which issue(s) this PR fixes: To solve the problem of flexible model prediction (FMP) in DeepAOA work, an online vehicular AoA estimation scheme based on a deep learning method, TForest was used to divide the scenarios.
