[Feature Request]: Support longhorn_volume_size also for control plane nodes

It seems like longhorn_volume_size is only supported for agent nodes. I don't see a reason why it shouldn't be possible to enable it for control plane nodes too.

Is there any good reason this is not implemented?

If there is no good reason why not to do it, I might look into implementing it for cp nodes too.
