Floating formatting options toolbar

For bold, italic, and other frequently used formatting options, show a floating toolbar next to the current text selection.

• As soon as some text is selected, fade in the toolbar.
• If the text selection is cleared, fade out the toolbar.

Could look similar to Computable's floating tool bar, with slight transparency:

Also maybe add a checkbox for this in the preferences.

After experimenting with this a bit, I don't see a huge benefit, and I'm lacking a clear vision of how this should look like exactly. Putting this back on the backlog for now.
