We are seing this as well.
I am still seeing the error on 7.4.3. 🙁 If there is any debug output that would be helpful for you, please let me know.
@SoundsSerious we're happy on 7.4.1. (We're also happy on 7.4.3 as long as we use a SQLite disk cache instead of memory.)
