Reduce distro size

Copy of https://github.com/PerlGameDev/SDL/issues/215 Hi, I think that the graphics and sound files do not change after every release. If this is true, maybe they can be released as Games::FrozenBubble::Shared or Games::FrozenBubble::Media or something else to reduce the distro size, as the current release is 21.5 MB.
