Windows - Add version to executable files

Windows executable files do not have versioning info.

There is a bug in Cygwin Binutils that prevents correct resoruce compilation with versioning info. When the package gets fixed, enable versioning info again.

Is this the reason that the latest (4.1.0beta11-amd64.exe) beta build fails to run on Windows 7 64-bit SP1 when I try to change (update) the PATH via "Windows Key + Pause/Break Key" --> Advanced --> Environment Variables --> PATH, and manually insert:

;C:\Program Files\LightZone\LightZone.v.4.1.0beta11-amd64\LightZone.exe

To my PATH in the PATH Text Field on the Dialog Box??

BTW This latest beta is fast compared to the old stable version 4.0 on Windows! Props!!!
