SPOT tool seems to be broken in beta 5
Describe the bug A clear and concise description of what the bug is.
To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:
- Go to 'Tools>Spot'
- Click on 'Screen to create zone' - just a small circle is created.
- Zone size cannot be altered and nothing in the Tools>Spot settings box
- The small circle does behave according the options in the Spot Blending Tool
Expected behavior I would have expected a resizable zone to be created

Works for me. I get the circle you mention, but if I double click inside the circle I get the ability to move the originating spot (cross) and two handles which I can move making larger/smaller and different shapes. I can also click and hold on the inner/feathering circle and use the mouse wheel to modify the feathering. The old forum, with videos probably explained it better than I did.

Thanks. I think the issue may be the size of the starting circle on a high dpi screen. The screen grab was a crop of the original. Reduced resolution allows double click inside the circle and all works. Probably my old eyes don't help...
