@ElePT Yes we can do that, I'll work on migrating the tests to use `BackendV2`

The deprecation warning was added in `0.21`, released on 3/5 so we'll have to wait until at least 6/5

It looks like when retrieving and filtering backends with `backends()`, the target is not built, but the configuration is retrieved (which is how we check for `simulator`) which can take...
