Updated grades page

• Class performance metrics like mean, median, upper and lower quartiles, as well as text describing a user's general position in the class
• Option to hide ungraded assignments and categories from the assignment table, weighting table, and bottom of the page
• Option to display percentages rather than point totals
• Fixed printing functionality
• Updated page header and tab title to reflect the name of the class
• Cleaned up sidebar and bottom of page and added additional space where necessary
• Removed new grade dots and number next to navigation link

I added my class performance code to the most recent commit if you want to check that out. I'll try to take a look at your code later but I'm still pretty busy
