cannot obtain IPv4 address from Secondary router

hi there,

I follow the instruction and i think i am successfully set it up.

the router is WRT1900ac v2 and running openwrt 19.07.1. this is the secondary router.

then the device connect to it cannot obtain IP address. if i manually set an IP address, it works fine.

I am wondering where I missing?
