Tooltips are unreadable

Describe the bug

Tooltips are unreadable, e.g.:

I've tried changing themes, but it didn't affect tooltip colours so the problem remains.

To Reproduce

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Hover the mouse over any UI element of ksnip which generates a tooltip

Expected behavior

Tooltip uses foreground/background colours which contrast and result in readable text.

Thanks for reporting. I don't think that we influence the tooltip color in any way but I'll have a look into it.
