Add support for rotating elements

Hi there!

Thanks first of all for all of your work on ksnip! With development on Shutter seemingly halted I was looking for a modern alternative and was very glad to stumble on your repo.

This is just a quick suggestion, but I would love if there was a way to rotate some of the elements in editing mode. Rotating text specifically would be very helpful in a lot of annotation scenarios.
