KSNIP does not open in 'Current' Activity

I have set up 4 activities in Kubuntu. When I am using ksnip, i can be in Activity 1, and right click on the ksnip icon and take a screenshot, but the editor always open in Activity 4. What do I need to do so that ksnip opens in the current activity

What are activities? Btw. the repo is wrong, this is for kImageAnnotator.
