Remember last selected option in tools

@DamirPorobic can you help me to find the part of the source code where I can change the default option for each tool please?

I'm not a developer (I'm a systems administrator), but if I can change this options on the source code I will try to compile it to cover my needs while you find the necessary time to resolve for everybody :)

I already looked on it, and I'm not familiar with C++. Apart, there are lot of occurrences for "marker" or "rectangle"
