Aspect ratio in editor

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. Currently we can cut a screenshot in pixels or with free hand, but we can't select an aspect ratio, for example if we wanted a screenshot in 1:1, 4:3 etc...

Describe the solution you'd like Add an optional Aspect ratio selector in the Cutting options that would size the cutting tool into that aspect ratio and we could by a mouse cursor resize it while keeping the aspect ratio.

What selection would you expect there, Default, 1:1, 4:3, something else?
