Remember scaling factor per sticker

Ksnip remembers stickers scaling, but in a global state and not per sticker.

For instance, cursor has a well defined default size that needs scaling (100% is too large), but the proper scaling to cursor (~25%) is usually too small for other stickers, so I always need to fix scaling when switching stickers.
