Feature request: Batching/polling of the events

It would be great to have an option to accumulate events into batches to add polling option (e.g. report bached events every 60 seconds), it would also enable to accumulate events while offline and dispatch them when online.

Queue Time parameter could be used to add offset for these events: https://developers.google.com/analytics/devguides/collection/protocol/v1/parameters#qt
