Use arm64 spot instance to reduce the instance size

Currently, the instance type used is `x86_64` with several vCPUs. We can try to use the `amd64` base to reduce size and cost.

Hello! Project looks great! However current Fedora AMI is outdated, and already removed from marketplace.
